The Background
If you've met me, you won't be surprised to hear I met Trudy Grove through the Southern Lancaster Chamber! Trudy owns Trudy Grove Insurance Agency & Armstrong Notary & Tag Services, which I'll shorten to Armstrong NTS. She's been in insurance for a few decades and opened Armstrong NTS in 2021. She operates both businesses out of an office in Willow Street!
Trudy approached me with a few tech problems, for both of her businesses, but I'm going to focus on Armstrong NTS here.
When she first opened, she made a free website on Google, which was created using her Google Business Profile. She was using a free, long domain and the website was outdated.
The Summary- TL;DR
I created a brand new website for Armstrong Notary & Tag Services! I also provided social media content, templates, and refreshed the Armstrong NTS Google Business Profile.Tasks
The biggest part of this project was creating a new website! Trudy did have an armstrongnts domain, but wasn't sure what company it was with. I helped her locate that and had her choose a site template on Squarespace.
Here's what we wanted to accomplish with the website:
- Educate customers on the services Armstrong NTS offers
- Lay out these services in an easy to understand way
- Prepare customers for their visit (listing out required documents)
- Educate customers on when & where to find Armstrong NTS
- Make it easy for customers to inquire (via phone or email)
- Provide customers with PennDOT forms prior to their visit
The Armstrong NTS Facebook was sparse, so I also created & scheduled 10 posts to go out, once per week, to fill out the page with practical & educational content!
Misc
I also refreshed the Google Business Profile with a few branding photos I took & connected the new website. I also updated the bio!
In addition, I provided social media content ideas and Canva templates to use for reviews.
